Below is an excerpt of our soon to be released Character Files. Take a look and let me know what you think.
2007 Republican Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, former Governor of the state of Arkansas and an ordained Southern Baptist pastor, has correctly said that if Republicans abandon the issue of character in this election they will owe Bill Clinton an apology. Huckabee stated that what is at stake, is consistent moral standards. He addressed the matter well, suggesting that Republicans cannot afford to become hypocrites, criticizing the opposition party while overlooking the same faults in our own.
Conservative Republicans interested in character, truly have an alternative this election. It has been a long time since the Republican Party has had a viable candidate with both the conservative credentials and the character credentials of Gov. Mike Huckabee. Is it too cliché to mention Ronald Reagan here? The statement I am about to make will sound over the top, but here it is. I believe if he is elected, Mike Huckabee could go down as truly one of the greatest Presidents in modern time. For more on Gov. Huckabee’s values and understanding of the importance of character, read his book, Character Is The Issue.
You have to love that title!
We would love to know what you think about this excerpt…and also if you think that character counts in the oval office….Thanks

I posted this on the Explore Huckabee website earlier today…
“I just made my third contribution to this campaign. I joined Team Huckabee. Please, anyone reading this blog, if you have or haven’t given, it is crucial to make a contribution before the end of tomorrow, which is the 2nd Quarter Fundraising Deadline. If you have the ability to give $100, $500, or more, NOW is the time. Even $20.08 to join Team Huckabee will make a big difference. The political campaign pundits look at the total funds raised, but also the amount of donors a campaign has. So, if you have never given, even $10 or $15 makes an impact!
I am on a very tight budget, it is expensive to live in my state, but I believe that this is too important an opportunity to pass up.
(I was not solicited by the campaign to do this, I promise).
I have read Huckabee’s book and I agree strongly with your comments today (and the rest on this blog for that matter).
Huckabee is the true conservative candidate and is our best chance to win this election!
As JDR stated please give to Huckabee’s cause. This is the time we can truly get a conservative elected!

Why does everyone overlook Ron Paul?
It is great to be part of Team Huckabee. I just joined a couple days ago. It would be great to see him get into the White House. I am a college student and on a tight budget, as well. We need more people to join with us in supporting Huckabee, because He would be the beginning of change in Washington.
I’m totally with you on this one! I’m a college student but I donated what little money I had today. Mike Huckabee is a great guy and he needs all the funds he can get!!!
